Delete your data
Tidy Leaf has no accounts. Almost everything lives on your phone, so you can delete it yourself in a minute.
1. Everything on your phone
Your home map, photos, steps, notes, room memories and conversations are stored only on your phone.
To delete all of it: open your phone's Settings → Apps → Tidy Leaf → Storage → Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app.
To delete only some of it: in the app, delete a photo from its spot, remove a note in Settings, or remove a room memory from the room.
2. Your phone's backup
If Android backup is on, your phone may have saved a copy of the app's data to your own Google account. To remove it, open your phone's Settings → Google → Backup (or google.com/drive → Storage → Backups) and delete the backup.
3. On our server
Our server never stores your photos, notes or messages. When you ask for small steps, they pass through to Google's Gemini AI and the answer comes straight back. Google may keep a request for a limited time to detect abuse, then deletes it.
The only thing our server keeps is a count of how many requests your install made, linked to a random ID that isn't connected to you. These counts are deleted automatically after 13 months.
Because these counts aren't linked to you, nobody, including us, can find yours from your name or email. When you clear the app's storage or uninstall it (and remove its backup, step 2), the app forgets that ID for good, and its counts are deleted after 13 months.
